TERMS & CONDITIONS

 By purchasing or accessing any course, mentorship program, digital download, or guided activation offered by Always Write, LLC (the “Organizer”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Access & Payment

Access to digital products, courses, mentorship programs, and guided activations is granted upon full payment or upon activation of an approved payment plan.

If a payment plan is selected, all scheduled payments must be completed in full to maintain continued access. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

All offerings are delivered digitally via online platforms, streaming, or download. No physical products are provided.

2. Digital Product Policy

All purchases are for digital content and services. Once access has been granted or content has been delivered, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are offered unless required by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software are compatible with the delivery platform.

3. Transfers & Sharing

Purchases grant a single-user, personal-use license only.

You may not share, transfer, resell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, or make the content available to others in any form. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Content Availability & Program Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to update, revise, modify, or remove content, bonuses, delivery methods, or access platforms at any time, unless lifetime access is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Temporary interruptions due to platform maintenance, hosting issues, or technical limitations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Participation, Responsibility & Scope of Use

All courses, mentorship sessions, guided activations, and hypnosis-style or visualization-based exercises are educational and experiential in nature.

They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and psychological well-being.

  • You engage voluntarily and at your own discretion.

  • You will stop immediately if you experience discomfort, distress, or unwanted effects.

  • You will not engage while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation requiring full alertness.

  • If you have a medical or psychological condition, or are under professional care, you will consult a qualified professional before participating.

Results are not guaranteed. Individual experiences vary.

6. Mentorship-Specific Terms

Mentorship programs may include live sessions, recordings, feedback, assignments, and guided exercises.

The Organizer does not guarantee specific creative, professional, financial, or personal outcomes.

Missed live sessions may or may not be made available as recordings depending on the structure of the program.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including audio recordings, scripts, videos, written content, slides, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, and program names, are the intellectual property of Always Write, LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, teach, facilitate, record, upload, or distribute the content, or use it to create derivative or competing programs, without written consent.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Personal information collected during purchase or participation is handled with care and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of others in any group or community-based components.

9. Technical Access

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues related to your device, internet connection, software, or platform limitations.

Reasonable support will be provided where possible, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

10. Right to Refuse or Revoke Access

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service or revoke access without refund if content is misused, redistributed, or used in ways that are unsafe, unethical, or harmful.

11. Email Communications Consent

By submitting your information or completing a purchase, you consent to receive emails related to:

  • Orders and access details

  • Account or program updates

  • Occasional educational or marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional communications will still be sent as required.

12. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction, lack of results, change of mind, or personal circumstances.

In rare cases, credit toward another digital offering may be granted at the Organizer’s discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

13. Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any course, mentorship program, or guided activation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and that you participate responsibly and at your own discretion.
